These terms apply when you use thegoodpassenger.com or buy from The Good Passenger. By placing an order you agree to them.

Your photos

You confirm you own the photos you upload or have permission to use them. You keep all rights to your photos. We use them only to make and deliver your portrait, and we may share a finished portrait as an example of our work only with your permission.

Custom orders

Each portrait is made to order. We send a proof before printing, and nothing prints until you approve it. Colors on canvas can look slightly different from your screen.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but the price you paid applies to your order. We may cancel and fully refund any order we can't fulfill.

Acceptable use

Don't upload images that are illegal, hateful, or that you don't have the right to use. We may refuse any order that breaks these rules.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
