Shipping policy

Free US shipping

Shipping is free on every order to addresses in the United States. We don't ship outside the US at this time.

Timeline

• Proof: we email your finished portrait proof within 24 hours of your order.
• Printing: after you approve the proof, your canvas is printed and packed, usually within 2 to 5 business days.
• Delivery: most orders arrive 7 to 10 business days after you approve your proof.

Nothing prints until you approve, so the clock starts when you say yes.

Tracking

You'll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Sending a gift

Enter the recipient's address at checkout and we'll ship straight to them.

Address problems

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email hello@thegoodpassenger.com before you approve your proof and we'll fix it.
