After you order, we make your portrait and email you a proof within 24 hours. Once you approve it, we print it on canvas and ship it.
Shipping
Most portraits arrive within 7–10 business days after you approve your proof.
Shipping is free on every US order. We currently ship within the US only.
Returns
Every portrait is made just for you, so we can't accept returns for change of mind. That's why you approve a proof before anything prints.
Damaged or misprinted
If your portrait arrives damaged or misprinted, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll reprint it free.
